Voluntary purchase

All reports are requested and purchased by the customer at their own will. We do not force, pressure or mislead anyone into making a purchase. It is the buyer’s responsibility to decide they want the report before placing an order.

Non-refundable once delivered

Once a report has been delivered, no refunds or chargebacks will be accepted. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are paying for a digital service that is delivered electronically and is non-reversible once completed.

Delivery time

Reports are typically delivered within 1 hour of successful payment. In rare cases there may be a delay because of a technical or system issue. We aim to deliver within the stated time.

Accuracy of information

Car history data is sourced from third-party providers. We work to provide accurate and current information. We cannot guarantee that every record is complete, and we do not take responsibility for decisions made from the report.

Customer responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct vehicle registration and to make sure the checkout details are accurate. Incorrect data may produce an incomplete or invalid report, and we are not responsible for that outcome.
